TO BID:
You must be at least 18 years of age
You must be a registered user with this site.

 ***VOUCHERS HAVE NO CASH VALUE AND CANNOT BE RESOLD***

Your bid is a contract:
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller.

Bidding and Buying:
If you are the highest bidder at the end of an auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid) and your bid is accepted you must complete the transaction using the Mastercard/Visa information you provide. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful.
You will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from Green Mountain Auction. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, such as: when the Green Mountain Auction changes the item's description after you bid; a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items.

Recieving Items:

All items will be sent to the winning bidder in the form of a certificate through the mail unless otherwise notified. Purchases of $300 or more will be sent certified mail. Purchases under $300 will be sent regular mail . Please allow two weeks for items to be delivered.

Green Mountain Auction is NOT responsible for and will not replace any lost items after items are mailed out. Treat your voucher like cash, it is not replaceable. 

Sales Tax:

Where applicable, you will be charged 6% sales tax when you purchase an item.

REFUNDS

All sales are FINAL.

Green Mountain Auction will only refund purchases of vouchers for businesses that are out of business within one year of purchase.

By Purchasing any gift voucher from the Champlain Valley Auction you agree to use your voucher within the expiration time, Green Mountain Auction does not offer refunds  and is not responsible for expired vouchers. If you have an expired voucher you must print your proof of purchase (your invoice) and bring it to the business to receive the value of what you spent for the voucher.
